Europe Day Anniversary

GPoT Center celebrated Europe Day on May 6th, 2011 at Istanbul Kültür University with the Istanbul opening of the exhibition entitled "50 Years of Turkey-EU Relations in the Press."

Mr. Jörg Dehnert, Resident Representative of Friedrich Naumann Foundation's Turkey office, who organized the exhibition with Ankara University's European Research Center (ATAUM), and Mr. Dursun Koçer, Rector of Istanbul Kültür University, delivered the welcoming remarks. Consisting of panels which depict various Turkish newspapers in which EU-related news made the front page, the exhibition is located on the ground floor of Istanbul Kültür University's Ataköy Campus.
