Approaching NATO's Chicago Summit

GPoT Center presents with pleasure the Turkish version of Lt. Gen. Şadi Ergüvenç's paper, which he wrote in support of the "Smart Defense: Can a Lean NATO Meet the Challenges of the 21st Century?" conference.

The event hosted by the Chicago Council on Global Affairs between March 28th and 30th, 2012 in Chicago was organized by GPoT Center in collaboration with another eight international partner institutions.
