7th Forum for the Future: Civil Society Forum

GPoT Center participated in the 7th Forum for the Future's culmination event, the Civil Society and Ministerial Meetings in Doha, Qatar between the 12th and the 14th of January.

The Civil Society Forum featured an overview of the recommendations of the regional preparatory workshops followed by national workshops. GPoT Center Project Officer Nigar Hacizade presented the outcomes of the Istanbul workshop on the private sector's role in corporate social responsibility at the former session. On the following day, GPoT Director Mensur Akgün and Deputy Director Sylvia Tiryaki also attended the ministerial workshop, which was the final leg of the 7th Forum for the Future process.
