Migration Network in Europe and in Turkey Project

“Migration Network in Europe and Turkey” is supported under the Civil Society Dialogue Programme. The Programme aims to bring together civil society organisations from Turkey and the EU around common topics, to exchange knowledge and experience, and to build a sustained conversation between them.

The Ministry for European Union Affairs is the responsible institution for the technical implementation of the programme, while the Central Finance and Contracts Unit is the Contracting Authority of the Programme.

The overall objective of the 14-month project “Migration Network in Europe and Turkey” which is implemented by the Greek NGO Athens Network of Collaborating Experts, the Global Political Trends Center of Istanbul Kültür University, and the Turkish NGOS Human Resource Development Foundation and Association for Solidarity with Asylum Seekers and Migrants, is to facilitate the EU-Turkey civil society cooperation on the ground of development of migration/asylum policies in Turkey in accordance with EU standards and of a common approach to migration management between EU & Turkey.

More specifically the action aims at:

1. Enhancing the capacity of Turkish CSOs to contribute to the development and implementation of reforms in the field of human rights and migration management,
2. Strengthening Turkish-Greek civil society cooperation and information exchange on migration and refugee management systems, and
3. Enhancing awareness of Greek and Turkish society on migrants and refugees rights.

Avrupa ve Türkiye'de Göç Ağı Projesi

“Avrupa ve Türkiye'de Göç Ağı” projesi, Sivil Toplum Diyaloğu tarafından desteklenmektedir. Program, Türkiye ve AB'den sivil toplum örgütlerini ortak gündem başlıkları etrafında bir araya getirmeyi, bilgi ve deneyim aktarımında bulunmayı ve birbirleri arasındaki diyaloğu geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. 

Avrupa Birliği Bakanlığı, programın teknik uygulamasından sorumlu kurumdur, Merkezi Finans ve İhale Birimi ise Programın Sözleşme Makamıdır.

Yunanistan’daki Athens Network of Collaborating Experts (ANCE), İstanbul Kültür Üniversitesi bünyesindeki Küresel Siyasal Eğilimler Birimi (GPoT), İnsan Kaynağını Geliştirme Vakfı (İKGV) ve Sığınmacılar ve Göçmenlerle Dayanışma Derneği (SGDD) tarafından yürütülen 14 aylık “Avrupa ve Türkiye'de Göç Ağı” projesinin temel amacı, AB standartlarına uygun olarak Türkiye'de göç ve iltica politikalarının geliştirilmesi ve AB ile Türkiye arasındaki göç yönetişimi açısından ortak bir yaklaşımın geliştirilmesi amacıyla AB-Türkiye sivil toplum iş birliğini kolaylaştırmaktır.

Projenin hedefleri arasında; 

1. Türk STK'ların insan hakları ve göç yönetimi alanındaki reformların geliştirilmesine ve uygulanmasına katkıda bulunma kapasitelerinin arttırılması, 
2. Türk-Yunan sivil toplum iş birliğinin, göç ve mülteci yönetim sistemleri konusunda bilgi alışverişinin güçlendirilmesi ve
3. Yunan ve Türk toplumunun göçmen ve mülteci hakları konusundaki farkındalığının arttırılması bulunmaktadır.
