Security and Middle East

Mensur Akgün and Sylvia Tiryaki attended a conference on Security and the Middle East, which took place in Istanbul on October 14th, 2010.

The event was organized by Yildiz Technical University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in cooperation with the Turkey’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Strategic Research Centre (SAM), Politics, Economics and Social Research Foundation (SETA), Global Political Trends Center (GPoT), Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO), and the USA Consulate General of Istanbul. Mensur Akgün and Sylvia Tiryaki actively participated as speakers in the Round Table entitled: "Prospects for Future: Middle Eastern Security and Turkish Foreign Policy".
