Istanbul Kültür University signed a cooperation protocol with the German Management Academy Niedersachsen (Die Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen-DMAN), which paves the way for internship and career opportunities for young people in Germany. The protocol to be implemented in the 2021-2022 Academic Year; It offers the opportunity to gain education and experience in Germany, which attaches importance to a qualified workforce in a wide range from architecture to energy, from construction technology to digitalization, from health to mechanical engineering.
In Celle, Germany, a cooperation agreement was signed between the German Management Academy Niedersachsen (Die Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen-DMAN) and Istanbul Kültür University (IKU), a state institution where the companies that make up the state economy are laid. The University's protocol with the German Management Academy (Niedersachsen DMAN), which specializes in training qualified workforce and managers for international markets, will start to be implemented in the 2021-2022 Academic Year. Graduates and students of the university will be able to participate in the education program both in IKU and in Germany to improve their education within the framework of the protocol. Students and graduates who are successful in the program will have the opportunity to do internships in Germany and be employed in areas that need workforce.
Defining the protocol signed with DMAN, one of the educational institutions authorized by the Ministry of Economy and Energy of Germany, with the words "An investment for the international cultural and professional experience of the youth", our Chairman of the Board of Trustees Dr. Bahar Akıngüç Günver emphasized the importance of cooperation, “Our protocol with DMAN will be an international experience for both our students and graduates. A detailed training program is the strongest aspect of the protocol in terms of bringing qualified workforce to the international job market.” summed up in her words.
Managing the protocol contacts with DMAN, our Rector said the following about the cooperation: “Our protocol with the German Niedersachsen Management Academy (DMAN) is an important step for our youth and graduates. Within the scope of the protocol, projects will also be carried out to establish and develop relations between Turkish and German companies, organizations, unions and chambers. DMAN, which is active in Africa, Russia, China, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, the Middle and Near East and brings together the qualified workforce from these countries with the companies in Niedersachsen, also benefits from new technologies. It also collaborates with companies in Niedersachsen on artificial intelligence. In summary, we believe that our cooperation will make important contributions to the establishment and development of relations between Turkish and German companies, organizations, unions and chambers.”
