Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) Preference Days were held between 17 July and 8 August 2023. Our team of academics, cultural ambassadors and administrative staff provided detailed information about professions, department preference, educational opportunities, academic programs, scholarship options and accommodation opportunities to prospective students and their families at the stands opened in all our campuses, including our Ataköy campus. In addition, the cafeteria, library, study rooms, lecture halls, classrooms, laboratories, and conference halls were toured.

As part of the preference and promotion days, approximately five thousand candidate students and their families were hosted at our university this year. The Right Choice platform guided nearly three thousand students about their career and career choices.

On the last day of the successfully completed promotion and preference period, a celebration was held with the participation of our Chairperson of the Board of Trustees Dr. Bahar Akıngüç Günver, our Acting Rector Prof. Dr. Fadime Üney Yüksektepe and our Vice-Chancellor Gülce Öğrüç Ildız. In the event, where the celebration cake was cut, the staff and students who took part in the 2023-2024 preference days had fun and relieved the weariness of the busy 3 weeks.
