Human Resources Department started the employee experience program with administrative department employees under the management of Serhat Zorlu, Deputy Secretary General for Human Resources. The first implementation of the program was carried out on Wednesday, April 7 between 10.00-13.00, as a hybrid with the staff of the Registrar's Office.

Employee experience program sessions will continue to be implemented with other administrative units. With this program, it is aimed to raise awareness of administrative staff on employee experience. Employees' working in high motivation and cooperation goes through a good employee experience. With this session, awareness is created among employees at all levels by providing important information about what the employee experience is and how to increase it. The goal is to provide the right employee experience.

Çalışan deneyimi programı oturumları, diğer idari birimlerle uygulanmaya devam edecek. Bu programla idari çalışanlara çalışan deneyimi üzerine farkındalık kazandırmak amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışanların yüksek motivasyon ve iş birliği içerisinde çalışması iyi bir çalışan deneyiminden geçer. Bu oturum ile çalışan deneyiminin ne olduğu, nasıl artırılacağı hakkında önemli bilgiler verilerek, tüm kademedeki çalışanlarda farkındalık ve doğru çalışan deneyiminin oluşması amaçlanmaktadır.
