Istanbul Kültür University celebrated the 101st anniversary of the declaration of the Turkish Republic on Tuesday, October 29, with a ceremony held at the front garden of the Ataköy building on the Bakırköy Campus. Highlighting the World Health Organization’s report that 2.3 million women were diagnosed with breast cancer worldwide in 2022, resulting in 670.000 deaths, Prof. Dr. Gül stressed the importance of educating the general population on breast cancer symptoms, risk factors, and early diagnosis methods due to the significant rise in cases.

The academic and vocational training process of the project, which was designed by the Women’s Association in Business World with the support of the General Directorate of Relations with Civil Society of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye, will be carried out by Istanbul Kültür University and Istanbul Gedik University.
