Kiprianu ‘4 Aylık Gereksiz bir Serüven Geçirdik’ Dedi” başlıklarıyla aktardığı haberinde, Kiprianu’nun, Downer’in uzlaşı belgesinin görmezden gelinmesinin, 4 aylık gereksiz bir “ortak metin” arayışı süreci yaşanmasına neden olduğunu söylediğini yazdı.
